Poor customer service. Useless floor staff rather chit chat and talk amongst themselves than actually servicing customers.

Just your average Jb! The staff there are terrible. Even when there is no one around to distract them, they are still terrible. The service, quality and the prices are all terrible! JB needs to improve!

Staff are hopeless Even during a non peak time. Was prepared to spend good money on some items but staff were more interested in their social media updates than helping customers.. Went to another store that was much more helpful.

*** A TRUSTED LOCAL GUIDE, WHO KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE GAME, WE KNOW SERVICE! ***
Staff are very hit and miss to be honest, waited 25 minutes for the TELCO staff, mate I could have gone to Preston Officeworks in that time at least better customer service.
Staff are very hard to find in the store to be honest, that fact of no uniforms doesn't help here but also most of the staff here don't even have a actual LANYARD!!
The store certainly needs to be looked at, from a customer service level and they need to attempt to rehire or retrain.

Best place for Home Appliances! You can buy blenders, vacuums, coffee machines and more! You can get everything you need for home right in one store. Absolutely fantastic!

Just like everyone other jbhifi you have ever been to. Decent stock and prices. This one like many is very packed. I always walk in but don't spend long there because it starts to feel claustrophobic.
