Happy with my first visit but then it all went downhill. On my second visit they lost my phone number and didn't call when my tire came in, then failed to identify a worn tyre, claimed a mechanical part in my car was faulty even though it didn't have that part and then, unbelievably, replaced a NEW tire with another NEW one by mistake instead of changing the old worn one they missed before. So I still have a worn tyre and I'm out of pocket for the new one that was tossed by mistake. Called the manager and told him I'd leave it up to him to decide how to fix the situation. Sounded like he was chuckling under his breathmust have had many complaints before. Never heard back from him. This is really sad given they were recommended to me by Pedders (note - the work I got from Pedders was of exceptional quality, with great service. Use Jaxx at your own perildon't say I didn't warn you. EDIT - soon after I posted this view someone stopped by my house overnight and put a nail in the tyre. Coincidenceyou be the judge. Dave

Great service and teamjust brought 4 new tyres for the work van and damo set me up with a wheel alignment to show why my old ones were wearing so badly.. thanks jax ballarat for your great service

Damien and his team are always helpful and done charge the earth unlike some dealerships. I wish all local businesses were as good as Jaxx. 5 Stars

This place was so understanding and helped me understand a little more about cars wheels and the have a fun and natural feel to the place and a very people friendly place i wish i could give them more stars keep up the good work guys
