I've had my car serviced at Eason's once. While the price was somewhat inflated, I was happy with the job. I returned to Eason's a few weeks and instructed them to repair my windscreen wipers and heaters. I dropped my car off at 8am. I receive an email with a quote for both jobs at 3pm. I arrive to collect my car at Eason's at 5:00. I find out after waiting 20 minutes in the reception office that Eason's have not repaired my car at all as they couldn't get in touch with me over the phone to get my "go ahead". I work in an office with 4G connectivity. Moreover, their email made no reference to my car not being ready at all, only the cost of the job, which was considerable. I drove my car out of Eason's at 5:30 in exactly the same condition it arrived in 8 hours earlier.

I had another mechanic quote the same job for me two days later, and was staggered to hear that it could be done for $400.00 less than what Eason's quoted. Subsequently, I will not be returning to have my car serviced by Eason's - it's well worth the trip back to Melbourne to have a reliable and competent business service my car.

Had called them to get a quote for basic car servicing. They charge around $400 to $450 (way too expensive). Went back to my trusted old mechanic, he did a fantastic job for $165.

How poor service is .
these mechanic are seems good friendly , I am not sure .
but the reception is muddle and unfriendly , provide a highest price in Ballarat (over than factory fix).
They seems have huge interest on who has lot money need to spend.
no deal with them but have chat a few times.
