Terrible experience with this company. One of the most unprofessional freight forwarding companies that I have dealt with. After receiving my payment for freight services, my account manager (Marcus) was virtually unresponsive to my emails and completely dropped the ball on filing the required documents with Customs. There were errors with the Bill of Lading and this caused a significant headache for my company, hundreds of dollars in additional costs and delays getting my goods in the USA. Don't be fooled by their low prices. you get what you pay for!!!
