Great clean rooms with regular cleaning. Friendly hard-working manager. Close to everything in Cairns. Enjoyed our stay

Perfect example of poor customer service
I had a reservation to the Hotel.
When I arrived they told they don’t find it.
When I pull out my email and showed it - they said oh right we cancelled it.
I asked please help me, they said we miss his call. (Indeed, I never receive any calls)
It ended with *reception manager* screaming and use ing coarse language; telling me to leave to property. It felt like - Sometime when you are wrong best approach is attack. I felt humiliated by reception manager and I was really surprised.
I would have expected a lot more empathy and some way to try and help me solve it together rather than kicking me out the door….response / report this review -

Clean spacious rooms, comfy bed and nic ebathrooms. Free wifi, which I couldn't get to work. Otherwise nice hotel. Friendly reception staff. Big pool (didn't try it). Very central location.

This is a great facility. Centrally located. Apartments are large and well furnished. Staff offer fantastic service. Stayed for about a week and couldn't be happier.

This apartment hotel was excellent. From the friendly helpful staff to the excellent quality apartment with the separate living quarters, bedroom and bathroom. I also had cooking facilities and washing machine and drier. It was well priced and value for money.
