Staff were a little rude to begin with, warning us several times upon arrival that we would be asked to leave if any trouble would arise, I believe grown men don't need to be treated as teenage schoolies. Asked the cleaners to refill shower soap twice, failed to have it filled at all over a 4 day stay. Air conditioning fails to impress, not getting lower than 25"C. However it does have a central location and is well laid out with plenty of room.
