Remember to repeat your order to make sure its correct. No tomato means no tomato..
At first they got my burger wrong but fixed it up by giving me a fresh burger the way i wanted it.
Good Experience in terms of food which Hungry Jack's is always good at But, I wasn't happy with the customer service He wasn't welcoming I felt like he did not want me there.
Upgrade is heaps better, drive through is so much better as well. Though I will miss the playground giving me flashbacks of my childhood birthday party.
The best Hungry Jacks I have ever eaten at. To me hungry Jack's is usually about soggy burgers, so so chips and sloppy service. Imagine my surprise when I found beautifully done chips with just the right amount of crunch and flavour and a Whopper burger that tasted really nice with fresh tomato and lettuce and not too much sauce. The bun we also nicely toasted. The service was not rushed and the restaurant was clean inside. Keep it up guys I'm definitely coming back.
Nice refurbished store.Clean and well laid out. Service was friendly and the food was good. They should upgrade my local store (Eltham) like this one.
Nice outdoor area in the summer, but that's it. Service and attitude of staff and some managers, including area manager, is lacking. If you don't like customer service, don't work in a restaurant.
Edit: they tore down the outdoor area.
The Hamburgers are better at Hungry Jacks.
This store is closed at the moment due to renovate, so I am looking forward to seeing how it looks when it reopen 's.
I'm hoping they don't take away the Ford car post of the walls it would be sad to see the connection between Fords and Hungry Jacks go now that Fords has closed
