One young staff member couldn't care less about service. Didn't serve order at table as requested and then finally arrived cold so had to replace order. Another young attendant did so with apologies. Tables dirty and not even busy.

Very disappointed, mostly friendly staff, however, I have had too many muck ups with my meals.
Today asked for two large thickshakes with happy meals, a nice and friendly worker in drive through repeated the order to me, we from fixed up the errors, but I thought she said large thickshakes, but on receipt was small. Girl at window, not helpful at all in fixing the issue.
But got home to find a hole in thickshakes cup and a big mess.
And not thickshakes but milkshakes. Not happy at all.response / report this review -

Food and staff are fair however dirty bathrooms and filthy play equipment every time we visit. Lucky the playground was built behind the Mc Donald's as I refuse to let my child play on the equipment provided at the restaurant.

This store consistently performs below an average standard. The customer service is beginning to improve however the product quality is usually poor. I'd suggest that initial training be extended to thoroughly train new recruits.

I ordered a crispy jalapeno burger in a meal. They accidentally gave my burger to a lady who was waiting and let her walk out the door with it. When she came back with the burger minutes later, they took it back and put it in my order! Is that even legal?!
