When I asked Horncastle for the hourly rate and received the every 15 minute interval fee I could not believe my eyes. I have new Plumber now who is about 50% cheaper, is a great human being and gives great service with attention to detail . My new permanent plumber 😀 l

The online booking system was easy to use and Laura replied quickly to establish a booking. The SMS system told me on the day when Scott was on his way which was very convenient.

Scott was professional, courteous, helpful and did a great job trouble shooting and resolving my blocked drain. No membership or upsell etc like other big name plumbing companies. Just honest, fair-priced, quality service.
Overall a fantastic experience and I’m happy to say I now have found “my plumber” for any future issues.

I cannot recommend Cal and his business highly enough
I have used them for some years now
He has an excellent team of lovely friendly young men
They have always looked after me with quick response time when message left
Always very friendly and professional and courteous conduct
Very thoughtful
Wade attended my home to fix a long term leaking bath tap only a few days ago
Even went to the lengths of removing his dirty work tops and pants and boots to shorts on a cold day so he didn’t bring any mess and mud into my home from his previous job he had done
There should be more businesses who conduct themselves the way these guys do

I called Cal about a few plumbing issues at my place, the most concerning being water damage on an external wall which has resulted in cracking. A plumber was sent quickly and the boys investigated the problem and gave me honest advice on what to do. It was all fixed within a day! They text when they're on the way so you're not waiting around all day for them to arrive which I love as well. Definitely recommend to anyone, reasonably priced for good quality service and supporting a local business too which is a huge bonus!

My husband contacted this company through our daily paper and from that moment we were given very prompt service. Within a couple of days we were given a quote which we accepted and our new double bowl sink was installed. Scott, the plumber was very professional, courteous,also mindful of cleaning the area when he had finished. We are very happy with the fantastic job that he has done for us. We will certainly recommend this company, and definitely Scott.

I used Horncastle Plumbing a couple of years ago regarding some bidet installs. I had gotten a few quotes for the job, and while Horncastle were priced somewhere in the middle, they advised that the lower cost quotes might not be following the government regulations and not installing backflow valve protections. So I decided to go with them and they did an excellent job of it.

Recently I wanted to get the water pressure re-inspected for one of the bidets and Horncastle came and did the fix (increased the pressure) free of charge. So that was a great service, since the original works were 2 years ago. I also got them to unblock a couple of wash-basin drains at the same time, and the person managed to do them both in under 30 mins. So great outcome overall.

Their service is professional, clean, on time, and good value. They have the knowledge and expertise and will also give you good advise.
I highly recommend their service to everyone.
