Extremely thorough and professional, Despite being booked out, he still managed to find the time to come out. Will kept me informed of the issue and explained step by step the process involved to fix It. After hearing horror stories about a similar issue and the costs involved to fix It, I found the price to be alot cheaper than I had expected.

Unbelievable service from Will.
From answering a late night call to talking through some troubleshooting over the phone.
Very helpful upfront service.
To top it off came out the following day and backed up his excellent phone service.
Highly recommmend, good genuine old fashioned service and knows his stuff. Will use him again and highly recommend.response / report this review -

Will responded quickly and despite being fully booked on the day I called, still attended after hours to fix my leaking tap. The repairs were done quickly and I’m extremely pleased with the result. I found Will to be friendly and professional and I would definitely continue to use his services. Would highly recommend him.

Will & Aiden did an excellent job of finding the cause of my drain blockage. Will kept me informed at what he found & discussed the implications at each stage. They were very friendly & communicated well. They did a great job & were a lot cheaper than what I was expecting. Also Will sat down & explained exactly what I need to look at doing in the future. I would happily recommend them to others.

My hot water system stopped working and Will & Aiden came out that day to replace the system. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They were very professional and friendly and upfront about pricing (which was very reasonable). Highly recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

Genuinely cared for the customers, great value and professional installation.
I was impressed I called that day for a replacement and they installed it straight away with giving us options and what they recommend.

We had an emergency leakage with a split water pipe during the install of a vanity and Wills Plumbing and Property Maintenance Pty Ltd was at our location within minutes with his oxy acetylene gear! Great efficient service thanks Will!

I recently had alterations done and a mixer installed for my bathroom renovations through Wills plumbing. Both Will & Mark were very professional, well mannered, helpful and got the job done quickly at a good price. I highly recommend Will’s plumbing.

Can't recommend this plumbing service enough! Friendly and highly professional team dedicated to getting to the 'root' of the problem (quite literally as we discovered tree roots growing into the pipes and causing issues!). Quick response and also incredibly gracious if you accidentally oversleep and answer the door in your pajamas! Sorry again for that :)

Great and honest plumber, best interaction both over the phone and in person, punctual and professional was able to tell me the rates straight away no hidden costs then when he got here, he explained what was wrong with the pipes and got in contact with SA Water for me. Highly recommended. Thanks again Will :)
