Craig was a true professional, was at my house within 1 hour of calling him after another plumber didn't turn up. The drain was very well blocked to say the least, Craig was the second plumber to unblock this drain in 1 week, I wish he was the first so didn't have to pay twice. The price was fair wasn't an easy job and Craig and Simon both worked into the dark to unblock the drain. Much appreciated guys. I would not hesitate to recommend Craig and have passed his number on already. Cheers Mark
