I really appreciated Aaron's prompt response to my initial contact and his clear communication over a couple of weeks to complete the removal of a gas heater and then patching of the hole.I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Sent a request through their website but no response. Rang Mayfair and the person proceeded to say he is too busy and he will require 2 person to assess the leak as we are a 2 storey home. Contacted another company who arranged for someone to come to the property on the same day. Will not recommend this business.

Customer service like it used to be. Call Mayfair first, before anyone else!

I initially made the mistake of calling a number on a shiny pink magnet that was stuck on my fridge for hot water system repairs. The plumber that arrived didn't even take out a screwdriver to investigate. He was eager to give me a quote twice the price of what I'd expected and offered to sign me up for a payment plan. After advising I wouldn't proceed, he put the cover back on the unit, charged me $50 for the callout and left.
He wouldn't have been there 10 minutes.

After a few days and a little more research I rang Mayfair Plumbing. (I was kicking myself that I didn't do this first). Aaron was very helpful with information; fortunately was able to come out later that afternoon; let me know approx fees and options, and kept me updated when he was on his way. He took the time to investigate, pull apart the unit and show/explain to me 'exactly' why it was well past it's used by date. I felt satisfied in going ahead with a replacement unit and found his quote very reasonable.

I highly recommend Mayfair, and will use them again should the need arise. 10/10

I called Mayfair plumbing to repair a broken down pipe that was causing flooding into our family room as the result of very heavy rain. Aaron arrived on time and carried out the repairs very efficiently. I had received a quote from another plumbing business which I rejected as it sounded excessive.Aaron's final bill was $1000 less than the previous quote for 45 minutes work!! I will definitely continue to use Mayfair, not only for the fair pricing but also for their friendly and efficient service.
