Good place to stay by the airport. Easily assessible by shuttle buses operated by two companies. Rooms are bug, modern and clean. The walls are a little thin.

Holiday Inn and Zoe at reception made our last night in Sydney exceptional. After leaving a neighbouring hotel due to lack of cleanliness (Meriton), Zoe took excellent care of us as it was our honeymoon. We were upgraded and surprises with champagne in our room after dinner. Highly recommend this accommodation over others nearby!

Location is great if you want to use the train. I highly recommend using the train to get around Sydney. I used Uber a lot and that started to get quite expensive. The Mascot train station is a short walk away. The room was comfortable to stay in. Could use some extra cleaning. Where the glasses and mugs were, I could see a layer of dust. Free WiFi if you're a member of IHG Rewards, if not, it's free to sign up upon check in. Service was good as well. Would stay here again in the future.

4 king sized pillows on a queen bed. 5th floor was quiet and the view was ok (industrial part of city). Biggles bar has beer on tap and can get filled with locals during happy hour.

Very nice hotel, and friendly staff. They were willing to give us and extended check out for free because we wouldn't fly out until later in the evening. Nice room and great room service. Also very close to the airport.

Location is fairly decent, with a train stop within a minute walk from the hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are fairly spacious and bathrooms have a decent amount of counter space, which I always appreciate. There was some noise from the rooms around mine, occasionally, and there's some traffic noise from the road, but not too much of a problem.

Very comfortable accommodations. Great shower. Good pillows, too. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and informative, but very heavy foreign accents. Has a bar that seemed to be pretty popular (didn't have time to try).

Great place to stay,staff are very helpful, rooms very comfortable with all you need for family stay, my family arrived at midnight. Boggles bar meals were very well prepared fast and efficient. We will be staying again next time that we are in Sydney.

Great front of house staff over friendly and make you so welcome as if its their home. One downside is Biggles Bar staff are too eager at taking your part finished drink off the tabledon't get sidetracked and bgive online reviews without your hand clasped around your drink is the trick!

My Accommodation was organised for me for a proffesional event and I could not be more satisfied. Very friendly and efficient reception staff who made check-in a breeze. A 24 hr Gym at your disposal and lovely and affordable eateries it caters for every need.

Overall a decent stay at a good price. Rooms are clean. It is also very close to mascot station so easy for you to get into the city. They also offer airport shuttle for $6 per person.
