Some of the worst food have ever eaten. Had to wait over an hour for our food by the time it came out it was cold. Got the steak with calimari. Bland salad with no dressing and the calimari was so chewy I couldn't eat it. Ordered a milk shake and got a glass of milk with choc syrup around the glass. Overall for what we paid I will NEVER!!! eat there again.

Price has gone up, service has gone down. Now 15 bucks for a cocktail. No balsamic with your bruchetta?

Great location overlooking the lagoon. Trees outside filled with lorakeets.

Food was overall very good though unforunfortunately service here was bad to worse each time we came.

They made excuses for a lost order of 5 meals due to short staffing and certainly worked to correct the situation (be it at the expense of an hour of our time).

Returning for lunch on a day with few customers and ample staff we experienced just plain old lousy service. New round of drinks arrive but leave all the empties. Let customers distribute meal plates. Let customers remind you of free extras.
Could be that these employees had never been in a restraunt before and perhaps no concept of service - but considering it the "first store" i anticipated at least one positive experience.

Bathroom is also no better than a truckstop.

I wanted to like this place but it was disappointing at best.

Over an hours wait to be served a still frozen inside lamb shank
3 of us asked for veggies. They came back and said to 1 no veggies were available. What about the other 2 of us.. we got 1 piece of corn cut into 3 pieces .. veggies??????
Got various excuses for slow service. Funny thing was 2 of us finally got our meals and staff came back to table and said lamb shanks would be another 3 minutes, the joke at the table was it was a precooked frozen meal being nuked in the microwave. little did we know .

Good idea badly executed. The prime rib cuts are quite nice but the chefs need some training. A few tips guys:
    1) Salt is your friend. Don't be afraid to sprinkle a bit
    2) Rare means red. Don't convert Medium rare to shoe leather
    3) Turn up the heat. Fast cooked and nice grilled outside is where the flavour is

    Salad was good and service
