Just be careful with team member and manager, when your returning vehicle, their may say you put wrong fuel to charge more money from you. That was happened with me once.

Car was clean and as described, available to us even though we booked last minute. We went over the km allowance due to a detour caused by an accident on the highway and thankfully they did not charge us for this. Really appreciated. Good service.

2 times been here never dissapointed me. All the girls plus the manager are truly fantastic. They are very friendly, respectful and willing to help. Rachel and Sarah (in trainee) assisted me promptly without dramas. Before coming here, I was at Hertz Hoppers Crossing. Service there was horrible and the manager did not even look at me when I walked in. Worstly, missbooking occured (not my fault) and no apologise or intention to solve the problem from the management. All in all, if you need a great car rental and excellent service, this is the right place. Make sure you be nice with them :) Keep up all the good work girls. Stay at your Hertz and and dont move to other Hertz !!!

The staff members who assisted me at pick up and drop off were friendly and helpful. at pick up the gentleman who served me was very informative and explained all my options thoroughly to make sure i was aware of costs, need for insurance etc. The car itself (corolla) was a pleasure to drive and i was sad to have to give it back! I think the hire costs are reasonable and affordable. I would give 5 stars if the insurance cover wasn't so expensive, over $300 is a bit steep for 7 days.

Did not have the truck I booked available when I went to pick it up. Only 1 staff at the desk, with a large number of people waiting while the staff member was trying to find a truck for me. I was forced to take a curtain truck without a lift instead, making moving much more difficult. A discount was given, but it still wasn't the truck I needed.
On return, they were again short staffed. The wait was quite long with several people waiting.
I would suggest booking elsewhere if you are relying on getting the vehicle you need.response / report this review
