Great people. The van was in great condition and exactly what I needed. This company is accommodating especially in these current times. The accident excess is affordable and reasonably priced when compared to other hiring companies. Give them a call. It will be worth it.

I hired a ute from them on friday afternoon . The senior citizen gave the key and left , he was in a hurry to deliver 12 seater bus .
When I sat in the ute , it was stinking badly .
Secondly it was un RWC the brakes were no good by this time he had left and I had already paid him , So I had no choice , instead to take it .
I had hired till Sunday evening , he told me to drop keys in box and do street parking . I did not feel comfortable to do street parking, as if any thing happens at night I will be responsible, so decided to drop in the morning .
At 8.30 on Monday we were there but he did not open the door so we went to fill the petrol . When we came back he charged me $74 more for overnight .
To my surprise no one charges like Budget , Avis , Thrifty.
Its ok with them if you drop on Monday morning .

Finally paid them $74 more total $264 for 2 days .

They are very rude .

So be careful before hiring . They say they are cheapest but afterwards they rip you like this . Not recommended.
