After a lot of online searching and questions, we tried Hello Breeze and were delighted with the response and professionalism. We are very happy with our new Panasonic ducted system which replaced our old worn out system. Renee was excellent to deal with and the team that installed were a well oiled machine and obviously had worked together for quite some time. The differences were apparent as they are specialized installers rather than just electricians. A big plus was that it was only a week from first call to final install (rather than 2-3 months from most others). Would highly recommend Hello Breeze for anyone thinking of a replacement or new ducted system.

Great value and very quick service. The team was happy to fit in with my work hours and provided great customer service. The installation team was fantastic, so quick and the guys were lovely and professional. No mess was left after installation and the air con works amazingly. 100% recommend 👌

We decided to go with Hellobreeze for our ducted system after discussing our options with Lachlan; he wasn't pushy and insistent on up-selling the system. Excellent communication both during and after and the team arrived to install when promised. The price was was great and I think our house was tidier after the install team left! Thanks ☺️

Very happy with Hello Breeze, absolutely loving our new Mitsubishi Heavy Industry ducted air-con. Everything was a great experience, from contact to quote to install and payment. Would highly recommend. The MyAir is excellent too and well worth it.
