They have no intention of getting back money you are owed. They just contact the people that have a debt and come to some pathetic less than half of the amount settlement. When asked to try harder they start telling you it cost thousands to sue etc etc. All they want is settlement to get there cut and finalise definitely not recommending them. Stick to your guns and sue. It barely cost a 100 bucks to start a low claims court case and you get that back when you win

Sabine and her team helped us recover a bad debt from a “friend “. We are not running a business so wasn’t sure how we could recover our money. National collections were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them.

National Collections have not only managed to collect debts previously considered unrecoverable, they have always been most helpful with advice on such matters. They are extremely knowledgeable. I have tried many debt collection agencies but have finally found the one I will stick with. Highly recommended
