Recently purchased tyres for the Elgrand. Due to the urgency for the change BSC workshop was able to accommodate a booking on a Saturday. The change of tyres on expensive rims were done with care and timely. Thank you again for the experience.

After driving without air con for more than a year, I finally got my air con compressor fixed in BCS workshop, I have to turn it off on the way back to home cuz it is too cold!

Friday morning: peak hour my car overheats on springvale road.Literally rolled the car in to the shop. They quickly booked the car for repair ordering parts immediately. Thanks to reception and mechanics involved for the attention of service and information.

Called to book my ranger in for electrical issues. Explained i had my own scan tool and reported no communication to BCM,TCM or ABS Module, and the vehicle doesn't drive as a result of this. Phone was passed to a mechanic who recommended i go to a transmission specialist. I replied that there's no need as it clearly has an electrical issue which is causing the TCM not to work, hence why it doesn't drive. Mechanic hangs up in frustration.

If this is what a ranger specialist is capable of, that's absolute rubbish. A warning for future customers.

Explains the problems very clearly. The charges are always broken down and transparent. No delays, quote is provided and car is ready same day. Their work is of high quality. I take both our cars here for service and maintenance. Highly recommend.
