I wish I could give it a 0 star! Usually I don't give bad reviews to hotels/restaurants as I understand how badly it could hurt their reputation. But this hotel ruins our vacation, feels like paying a lot of money to get a nightmare.
***Fake Reviews on Other Websites***
This hotel has a really high score on all the major hotel booking websites, but 2/3 of people give it 1 star on Google, I think it could mean something
***Noisy Nights Club Downstairs****
We are unable to sleep even with ear plugs on. The hotel awkwardly play classic music in the room, trying to cover up the loud noise outside, but doesn't work at all, I can even feel the floor is shaking.
****Super Tiny Room, No Space for Luggage***
The room can barely fit a double bed, no space for luggage,we are even unable to walk as we need space for baby cot and stroller as well.
****Unfriendly Receptionist ***
Reception staff is cold and unfriendly , kept telling us "it's not their responsibility to take care of the baby", even though "baby sitting "is the key reason I chose them, it's also one of the services listed on their website. now I was told "baby sitting is not their responsibility". How ridiculous it is!
****Poor Bathroom Facility*****
There's no enough water coming out of the shower head. Maybe due to the low water pressure.
****Crazy High Price****
on top of all the crappy things above, they charge a crazy high price, just because it looks like a high-end hotel from the misleading pictures they posted online. I am curious if they will feel bad, as they are making money by ruining other people's vacation.response / report this review -

Stayed here with my girlfriend. It is over priced you do not get value for money. Tiny room no atmosphere staff not interested. If you are thinking of staying here don’t looks good in pictures that is it. Only good thing is been close to magnums hotel. If you need somewhere to stay I’d rather stay at magnums at least there you get value for money.

This hotel has gone way above its duty to ruin the heart of Airlie Beach and the surrounding businesses that have been here for decades. If you want peace and quiet then DONT build a hotel in the middle of the music hub. You were here last so don't ruin other businesses trying to make a living and keep this beautiful town thriving.You should be ashamed. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This business has gone out of their way to disrupt fellow Airlie Beach businesses and has a complete disregard of others. Making so many unreasonable complaints it led to other businesses losing customers, their license, and the ability to be a part of the music festival. Not a team player for Airlie.

Beautiful hotel and central location. However if you like your peace and quiet this is not the place, being surrounded by backpackers, there is a lot of noise till very late.

I loved staying at the Heart Hotel. It has very modern decor and the rooms were well maintained. The staff was always helpful and was able to even provide us with information on certain tours. It's located smack dab in the middle of the main st in Airlie beach which would put you right next to the Airlie beach lagoon. Across from the hotel are a few bars you could check out and there's tons of eateries within 1 block distance so you don't have to travel too far when you need to eat.

This accomodation lives up to it's name: it is right in the heart of Arlie. The views are pretty sweet. The rooms are tiny but comfortable. Staff are brilliant.

We had a little trouble identifying the hotel as we drove past, its right on the corner and the ground floor of the building is other commercial businesses. Once in though it was a great stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very modern and fresh. Great ocean views. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends

Beautiful hotel but not much of a gallery yet. Service delightful and pleasant. Extremely helpful. Room beautiful and very comfortable bed with great bathroom facility. Would recommend it. Dispite it's proximity to the 'bars' and 'people' could not hear them.

Great location, lots of activities and restaurants around. Lagoon pool just a few meters from the hotel. Everything was comfortable, clean and new. At night despide bars around we didn't hear much noise.

Had a quick one night break as a valentines escape with my partner and loved it. Right in the middle of town, yet couldn't hear any noise from everything so close. Very very convenient and also really comfortable rooms and beds

Brand new building, well designed with restaurant bar on ground directly across Magnums Bar. Great location. Close to all amenities. Definitely recommended for a place stay on a trip to Airlie Beach.
