The owner of this property confirmed a booking for a very important celebration for me and took my credit card details. Then he calls me on a Sunday to tell me there has been a fault with their booking calendar and he is unable to provide the property after i had booked my flights and secured my leave with my employer. He gave me an alternative room in a different property which was much less impressive than what i had booked with him. He was extremely rude and arrogant. No understanding of the inconvenience his faulty system had caused. He was not interested in compensating me with a discounted rate at the alternative accommodation. His customer service was appalling and my satisfaction was zero.
I do not recommend dealing with this man at all. I am still waiting for the refund of the unauthorized charges on my credit card and have had to call my bank to raise a dispute. more inconvenience.
I have now booked else where, much nicer, cheaper rate, on the beach and the reservation team were highly friendly and professional.response / report this review
