Trying to communicate was a nightmare, little or no response. Filthy, dirt under table, fridge & dishwasher were dirty, there was NO soap for showering, NO tea towels nor dishwashing soap BUT what truly amazed us was that 2 beds were not made with fresh clean sheets & the main looked like it had just been pulled up & not made at all!! Two air conditioners leaked so much the towels put under them were saturated!! 3 carparks were allocated to that room however we only got two!!!! Horrible disgusting odour thru the place. Oh, & having to walk past the blood left IN the lift & on the ground several metres before the lift after an incident was disgusting!!! The beds not changed with fresh sheets really topped it off!!!!!!!!!! The edge around the lift should be noted also as anyone could slice themselves open with the sharp edges so be careful. A downer to what should have been a perfect stay.

Here for a weeks stay renting through a lovely lady off air BnB who has been a pleasure. Unfortunately we have been very disappointed in the way we have been spoken to and treated by the body corporate who rudely and inconsiderately dealt with a situation about us locking ourselfs out of our room lastnight and had to wait in the carpark for a friend and she was disgustingly rude when she approached us.

I stayed here for one night and the studio apartments are not really a room but more like a bed in the corridor. To top it all the manager needs lessions in customer service as she was unwilling to react or listen to any form of complaint. I would thoroughly recommend Summit Apartments across the road.
