Got nowhere after 2.5 hours then all passengers dumped on the streets AT MIDNIGHT and told to pay for hotel and hope we can take the bus the next afternoon. We're all now on the streets with no way of getting home. No sign of compensation or even a refund yet. Just a too bad, so sad, goodbye
The buses are comfortable, nice and clean. The toilets on the bus don't work. Customer Service officers are sweet but are absolutely clueless. Don't even think of forgetting your luggage/phone on the bus because you'll probably never hear back from them. I left my phone on the bus almost a week ago, and they're still trying contact the driver! I've emailed them every single day and rang them, all I hear is they don't know what's happening and will look into it.
I understand that Greyhound have seen the light!
Greyhound have decided NOT to extend their contract in support of Adani's climate wrecking Carmichael Coal Mine.
I congratulate Greyhound for their 21st century thinking, for NO longer supporting the morally, legally, financially and environmentally misguided project - that is the Adani Coal Mine and Abbott Point Terminal.
Thank you Greyhound - Better late than never!
I used grey hound for my recent trip to Canberra.
The bus was clean, and airconditioned, the driver was lovely and professional (and helped me out when I got confused ) and the staff at the bus depot both in Melbourne and Canberra were absolutely delightful.
Thank you for a wonderful trip.
Absolutely brilliant customer service from a lady called Sue. Overall Greyhound as a service is fantastic. I've had many trips with them and never had any problems.
