Ribs very ordinary, onion rings were just deep fried oil rings. Unpleasant. Staff nice, atmosphere good, shame about the food.

Husband and I went for dinner. Ordered drinks and mains only. Drinks arrived quickly but not our food. Meals finally arrived .steak and ribs. Husband ordered medium and I ordered well done. Husbands steak was well done and mine was well-done dry and chewy. $104 for 2 non alcoholic drinks 2 steak and ribs with sauce on the side. Chips and ribs were ok but to turn 2 serves of quality steak into something you could resole your shoes withfor a steakhouse that's inexcusable. Won't be going back.

As for owner saying contact there customer care well they can't even get that right the email address he gave us is wrongdon't bother anyway it's only lip service by owner. Took the time to find correct email address and sent customer care email with detailed information and didn't even get a response. Luckily my wife's company was a highlight on our 31st wedding anniversary.

I was recommended to this eatery, I arrived just after 1pm and waited to be given a table. I waited and waited, was ignored by the staff(turned out to be the manager) and then an elderly man pushed in front of me and proceeded a protracted conversation with the manager, again I waited and then decided to enter the eating area to obtain service at which point the manager rudely told me to wait, I advised I had been waiting and the circumstances as I have advised only to be told this old man was the owner and I would just have to wait. I did observe that I was a customer but that made no difference to either the own er or the manager. I have been in the catering trade for 50 years and can honestly say this was the VERY poorest of front of house reception I have ever experienced. I was told to leave which I did. I would NEVER suggest anyone was to eat in this place as a meal out is supposed to be a happy experience and you would not be able to guarantee such an experience in this establishment.

Love this place!! We eat here every time we go to Mandurah for lunch or dinner 'coz we know we'll get the same friendly prompt service!! The staff seem as though they like being at work :-). The food is delicious, the steaks are always cooked to perfection & the starters are SO YUMMY.

Food is okay but nothing to go crazy about. However its obviously a very child friendly restaurant and its easy to keep the little ones entertained. They really enjoy its and in honesty that is the reason we go there.

Spur is great family friendly restaurant, the food is amazing the sreak is always done to profection and the ribs are so tasty and tender. We have also tried most of the burgers and they are delicious! The service is excellent the staff are very friendly and competent.

Service was ok i ordered a steak MEDIUM RARE and received a steak that was cooked to WELL DONE and the meat was well over marinated so the meat was still soft, the manager offered to recook it but the rest of the table was already eating so didnt have time for a recook and didnt want to make a huge fuss ,also i feel if they couldnt get it right the first time i didnt have much confidence in sending it back for try 2 poor effort for a STEAK HOUSE for a $40 rump steak the only person who enjoyed their meal was a 7 year old child nice restaurant concept though and great view shame about the food

Best stake i have ever had soft and mouth watering cooked to perfection topped with pepper source, with a large side of chips. Will definitely be going back just for the best food in mandurah!!!!
And not to mention the amazing view
