We enjoyed a really lovely and attentive waitress, and really yummy desserts, but the main courses were nice but nothing special and the only green veg was an optional side of asparagus (quite perfect asparagus however). Splashed out and got the $99 Margaret River Suckfizzle - holy crap - that is probably the smoothest and nicest cab sav I have ever drunk.

Had the 7 course degustation with perfectly matched wines. Every course was amazing and the service flawless. Not cheap, but worth every dollar.

Exquisit wine with intelligent staff who understand food and drink. Its no suprise that this resteraunt is the pinicle of my dining experience. Good food, drink and people is a receipe for a great night out.

The food, wine and service at 1907 makes it one of the best restaurants in Perth. The food at my wedding on 3 December 2016 was delicious and the wine matching made it a perfectly sumptuous feast. The team at 1907 pride themselves on making sure the dining experience exceeds expectations. I highly recommend 1907.

The best degustation I have ever had, and probably the best food in its class in Perth. Make sure you get the paired wines to complete the experience. Update October 2016: I just had the lunch special and was again amazed by this place. This time not just with the food, but also the extremely cheap price for a fantastic and filling three course meal. Highly recommended!
