Good location, but RUDE staff! Dated room conditions and no microwave. My room was ambushed by the cleaners 10 mins before checkout time. Then, I was chastised by the receptionist for not submitting the TV remote control together with the key upon checkout (and this is usual practise?). WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN. Plenty of competitors in the area that I'll use next time. NOT RECOMMENDED WHATSOEVER.

Probably an above average hotel in 70's. Not anymore. Hasn't had an update since. Looks clean but musty smell. Haven't had a shower behind a shower curtain since the 70's. You can here. Only one power point next to the jug in a room that sleeps 7. You get an ironing board but no iron and nowhere to hang your towel. First thing to greet me was a dirty big cockroach, at least it was dead. No smoke alarm and although there were two a/cs they didn't work. If your motel is below par you could compensate with a pleasant reception but that didn't happen either.

Was sworn at multiple times by the reception lady as we made a late booking which was made clear from the get go.
Room was nice but the customer reception was disgusting.

Terrible.. will not be back. Would not recommend anyone stay here. arrived at 11pm. Had to pay 30 dollars (late arrival fee) for the privilege of standing outside reception, communicating through a hole in the door. To a very inhospitable clerk. Room was average at best. Moved up to Hornsby next morn. I Will not be recommending my place of employment send any future travelling employees here.

Poor quality meals at top dollar in restaurant.
Run down room and facilities.
Little or ZERO protection from rain when moving about the site - SO BAD during rain I once came out of my room on level 2, down to level 1 and immediately back again.
Soaked. Not wet. As if I had put my clothes in a washing machine. and also no spin cycle!
Maintenance of facilities would also be nice e.g. an air conditioner that cooled rather than recycled hot humid airwith noise
Just FORGET this place!
2 stars as there are a few even worse. 😂

Very dated old and dirty .
The room smelt stale and mouldy .
Bathroom smelt like really bad body odour.
Wasnt happy with the room at all.
The asian lady in reception was a very rude and unhelpful person.
I would not recommend staying there.

Tidy suburban motel in a handy location and at a very good price. Reception was friendly and courteous. Bathroom was spotless. Fridge was super-cold. The swimming pool may need some extra care though..

The room was dirty had black marks all over wall. Had mould behind the door in the bathroom on the wall and other things. Had spit all over one wall in bedroom area. Run out of hot water 1 minute into shower. Partner had cold shower after waiting till the next morning for hot water. No spare pillows or blankets. Not even a biscuit to have with a cup of tea. Breakfast was over cooked poached eggs were so cooked they had a green ring around then. Bacon was tough,toast was cold and soggy. All up for the price they charge I expected much better.
