Sensational firm with sensational staff
Remodelled my mothers air conditioner - from the the first phone call to them to their phone call to my mum to see how thing is today was just amazing! Michael in sales was amazing, the installation staff Dan and Evan were - on time - super friendly - articulate and clean nothing was too much trouble they were super cool to my mum. The admin staff treated my mum with so much kindness.

Glow have done two gas ducted heating installations for us during 2020 - one was a particularly complex & difficult job. The care taken to meet and exceed our expectations at every step of the process has been superb. Sean is one of the most exceptional techs we have ever worked with, but the whole Glow team from administration through to installion is a pleasure to work with. These guys strive for excellence. My wife and I purchased a complete ducted system for our home at the beginning of 2020. The system was booked in and installed within a matter of a fortnight. We had some concerns with the cooling performance at first, but we were able to rectify the concerns with an upgrade provided at cost price which we were very happy with. System has been working flawlessly for almost 12 months now. Its businesses like these who look after their customers long after a sale that we all should support.

Overall, great customer service by the sales team and the people they employ to carry out the install are very professional.

Happy to recommend Glow to anyone.

Glow you have done it again! I have used Glow over the years from small jobs to big jobs and they never disappoint! Again I chose to employ glow to complete some much needed electrical work and they were amazing!
