Treatment didn't work and no guarantee offered! Waste of money.
Had Kevin Joyce treat our apartment in March, called back 2 months later as treatment did not work to be informed that it will be the same full charge (actually higher than the first visit!) for them to come back. Receptionist on the phone is also incredibly rude. Avoid.

I highly recommend Kevin Joyce Pest Management. It is a pleasure being greeted on the phone by a lovely chap called Zac. It has also always been a pleasure to deal with your technical Billy. Billy has serviced our home several times and has always been very friendly, profession, punctual and knowledgeable.

Erin & Alan were extremely punctual, friendly and very professional today when treating my apartment for bed bugs. Erin had also done our entire building the week prior for general pest and was very organised and diligent with this service. They also offered a 3 month guarantee for our bed bugs. The price is the most reasonable/affordable in comparison to other companies I called. I would highly recommend this business.

Alex and Ray were outstanding. We have been using pest controllers in our homes for the past 25 years. My sister recommended Kevin Joyce and we thought we would give them a go.
They were by far the most professional, polite careful and diligent pest controllers we have used. Thank you to an outstanding team from booking the inspection to arranging the treatment and follow up call as well. Amazing work ethic from the whole team.
