We had a really great experience with CPS.
Brad is very friendly and kind. Dwayne, the technician, he confirmed to me first that the service is on time. He shared information with me on the causes and best future prevention.
I haven't seen any cockroaches since their service in my apartment.
I would highly recommend their service to anyone that has same problem with me.

I had a really great experience with CPS, we had a very bad ant problem but also needed a general bug and insect control for our house.
The staff that attended our house were very friendly and enjoyed sharing information with me on the causes and best future prevention measures, so I actually found it very informative but they were also happy to let me leave them to it.
The ants problem was quite intense and the ants persisted after the first callout but they came back out within the minimum wait period and apply further treatments which sorted the problem. I would use anyone else for bug or pest control services in Sydney.

I have been struggling with German cockroaches in my apartment and used CPSS to get a great result. I initially did not get the results I wanted upon first service, however the team were extremely accomodating and went above and beyond to ensure the 2nd time was successful. Oliver from the team was very communicative and attentive and made sure the service ran smoothly. Dwayne, the technician, was scheduled to arrive at 7:30am in the morning. He called me at 7:15 to confirm he was on time and ready so I was not left waiting around. I have not seen any cockroaches since and am very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

The whole process from the initial enquiry to the work being completed was a smooth and seamless process. We had Adam from CPS in Adelaide come through for a General Spray. Adam went above and beyond. He was punctual, polite and took the time to do a thorough job. He noticed that we had a couple of wasp nests hidden, and even got rid of those for us.

Super happy with the service and we will be happy to recommend CPS to friends and family going forward.

Literally the most painful business I’ve dealt with in a long time. From the constant phone calls that you’ve already answered, the no shows when you’ve booked an appointment, the incorrect billing and the failure to even simply be removed off their email mailing list. Even the operator who did turn up on the wrong day for the pest treatment said CPS don’t treat their staff well and it’s actually a mess. I’ve stopped using them now but of course they continue to ring and spam me with emails when I’ve emailed them and also called to be removed. They are a punish to deal with.

Highly recommend CPS if you have Bug issues. Have been using the services from last 2 years and extremely satisfied with their service. Ben carried out work this time at our unit, did inspection thoroughly, ensured every area is covered, quite knowledgeable, informative & answered all our queries. Absolutely exceeds customer expectation. No doubt, Best Pest control treatment in Sydney.

Have used CPS a few times now and they have always been very professional and great to deal with. They a pretty self sufficient and work quietly and quickly and the end result is effective (and if it isn’t they will come back and fix it for free).

They are possibly not the cheapest but quality of service is important to me.

CPS has been my pest control company of choice for the last 8-9 years. I have been very happy as their team and product works. Highly recommended. Earlier today , I had Allan carry out the work around my home. He was on time, very professional, friendly, polite & truly an expert and very knowledgeable. He pointed out a few areas around my home where I need to be extra vigilant especially around breeding season of cockroaches and red back spiders. What impressed me most about Allan was his attention to detail and going that extra mile in ensuring all areas were covered thoroughly. I would very much like Allan to come around in 6-8 months time and once again carry out pest treatment. CPS you are on a winner here with Allan on your team. Thank you again for the great work !

Kobe was On time, good communication, polite and friendly at all time while spraying my unit as well as common area of building. He Explained step by step what he was going to do and asked if there were kids in the unit or any animals. Asked if i wanted plants sprayed and when asked if plants would die he explained what was in solution to assured me that it was safe for plants. I'm happy with the time he spent doing the work. At end of his job he left pamphlet with instructions for me to keep regarding warrant information. I would recommend not only Kobe but company he works for.
