I would like to take a moment to share an extremely positive experience that I recently had with Glass Trade Centre. Last week I was seeking a very specific product (Sikasil Pool Grey sealant) and couldn’t find it instore anywhere in Melbourne. The team at Glass Trade Centre were able to get it for me - along with the primer I needed to use it on stone - and organised overnight freight from Sydney to Melbourne. I underestimated the amount I needed (my fault) - and it was no trouble at all to order a second tube over the phone. Everyone I spoke to through this process was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

In particular - I would like to commend Soraya at the Campbellfield (Melbourne) store who kept me updated on the progress of both orders, and personally delivered the second tube to my house! This is amazing customer service, and certainly well above my expectations.
