Excellent eating experience. Different set meals priced individually and all the food cooked in front of you. Be ready for some ‘party antics’ with the chef!!
Family friendly teppanyaki experience. Friendly staff and great tasting food.
we had the last sitting at 9pm. my husband had set 3 and i had set 4, both were amazing and very filling. (although both sets said miso soup, we did not receive it) the environment is really nice, the only thing i found disappointing was our chef was not very interactive with anyone, didnt speak at all until the end when he asked us if we wanted to play a game. i was expecting some tricks whilst cooking, maybe some conversation to make it less awkward at the table as you sit with strangers. but overall a great experience.
Disappointing all round. Hired the private room at the back and their service was terrible. The waitress was looking at her phone all night in the corner and we had ask for everything, which appeared to be a massive effort for her. The manager was rude on arrival and delayed us a half an hour even though the room was clearly empty and ready. Set menu was tiny we all left hungry and the chef did nothing but a couple of games at the end. No atmosphere or entertainment the whole night and nobody seemed to care. Expensive price to pay for a terrible night out. Do not go! the only way they will make an effort is if they start getting quiet in there.
This was my first Teppanyaki experience and I had a blast. Needed to order from a set menu. I got Menu 5 and every dish was delicious. Not sure that the extra $20 I paid for the premium wagyu was worth it, as the cheaper meat was almost as good in my opinion. Our chef wasn't insanely charismatic but was very talented and friendly nonetheless. Overall, a great, fun experience popular with couples, groups and families. Fantastic food. Be prepared to spend a decent sum of money for it too!
Walked in. Had booking. Was told couldn't bring child's drink in. Was told had to have limited menu. Very forceful. And rude! Not a great greeting and turned around and left. No customer service at all from get go. So disappointed. Think they need to re evaluate their customer skills. Customers. Just a number. Terrible.
The basic menu is $50 per head and $25 for kids. For that you get a piece of prawn, some chopped up squid and chicken and a few piece of steak (drinks and dessert is extra). It's all very nicely cooked on a BBQ grill. But it's more about the theatre of teppanyaki than the food. I thought both were average.
It was very overpriced for what we paid, and I think there are plenty of better options in this price bracket.
Do not waste your money.
We paid a deposit to secure a table for 11 and then we're not seated until 30minutes after our booking. The set menu was ridiculously limited (and average), leaving us all hungry. Our cake was temporarily lost. The toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months.
I actually don't think this is the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in Melbourne.
Over priced food, 70% paid for the entertainment. Not impressive with the food. Manager was pretty arrogant. Below average customer service.
So amazing! Staff were so friendly and food was fantastic. Great experience.
We went for dinner and the staff were super polite and friendly, Wei, the chef, was really funny and nice, he played the games!! Amazing food! Thank you!
Excellent food, excellent service, very interactive. Took my cousins who had never been and they had an amazing time. Would recommend to anybody looking for an authentic Japanese Teppanyaki experience.
Been having a tea break at Ginza. The Brownie Passion fruit cake is super awesome with 5 star standard tasty! 😙is worth to have a try!
