  Waited around for 20 minutes looking to see if someone would assist, all staff too busy setting up sale items.. unfortunate JB hifi isnt open as would've preffered going there

  Staff are friendly and the store is clean but a lot of the stock that is sold through Officeworks is only available online and is not available in store. Bulk printing cannot be done through the store was advise that everything must be done online. Prices are always good here but they don't always have what you want at the store when you attend and you are always pushed to the online version of the store.

  Never buy a office chair from them, they have the cheapest, nastiest quality chairs, they will fall apart and bottom out with flatness in no time. Other then that, it's a large store, with many many staff, over staffed in fact, but a excellent range of items!!!

  I normally love office works, super helpful and friendly staff. However last time I went there a guy that worked there followed me and my partner around the store, if we court him he'd ask if we needed help. I can't imagine why he would have done it, we're both adults not teenagers getting ready to trash your store. it was SUPER weird. I've felt to uncomfortable to go back since

  I just bought this 4G wireless Optus modem to put it to work, and it doesn't do anything, Not working at all, I take it back to get exchange, But this young girl at the counter told me that Can't be exchanged or Return at all, So disappointed with Service here, this service is so so Suck for the item that just purchased and Can't even exchange for the faulty useless.
  Such Poor customer service in this store.
  Very very disappointed with the service👎.
  I will tell all my friends about this BAD service store :((
