Paul has been my plumber of choice for many years. He keeps the appointments he makes, does the job with the minimum of disruption and explains the cost of the job as it proceeds. He is a nice guy as well. I would recommend Paul to anyone.

I had just purchased a new fridge with an ice maker, plus I needed some leaking toilets and tap repairs.
I thought this would be a big job, Paul was able to connect the fridge advised me that a pressure valve should be fitted. It was all done in less than 90 minutes and it was reasonably priced. He is a well known local plumberresponse / report this review -

When I came home one night to find the sewer pipe had backed up and flooded our house (Yes, it was totally gross!). Paul immediately responded with the repairs and clean up and stayed until the early hours of the morning. Also assisted in dealing with insurance company and Body Corporate.

Paul Bevins was recently called to re fit a shower mixer handle that had fallen off.
The charge for this job was $317 and no new parts were required. Apparently, the surround of the mixer tap needed to be "modified". The result of the "modification" can be seen in the attached pic.
It is a mystery that (a) the handle could not be re fitted without any modifications (as had been the case in the past), (b) why the mixer surround needed to be "modified" with such an unsatisfactory result and (c) how this job could have taken 3 hours.
Also as noted in a previous review, there was considerable pressure placed on the elderly customer to pay by credit card.

I gave Paul a call to organise replacing a mixer in my kitchen. He managed to fit me in on the same day. He was polite and took no time at all to complete the work.

I just didn't know what to do with my bathroom it was looking old and tired, I didn't want to go through the expense of a full bathroom renovation. I called Paul Bevins and told him my concerns, he mentioned a soft makeover and explained what he could do. Paul was able to put in a new toilet, tap ware, towel rails, vanity and shower bar. The end price was amazing, and its like a new bathroom

I can highly recommend Paul, I have had Paul and his team out for 2 jobs now. He has arrived on time and provided excellent service and advice. Most recently he came out late Saturday afternoon to help when our hot water went on the blink. He made the heater safe and on the Monday installed a instant gas heater and took the old one away. A job well done.

A job well done, I had very noisy and dripping taps. I telephoned Paul Bevins, he answered the phone, I explained what was happening. He told me how he could easily fix the problem and help me save water.
A time was made for Paul, to come himself. He explained the charges, which I thought were reasonable. He arrived the next day right on time, without any fuss the job was done, I don't have any noisy or dripping taps.
