If there was an option of no star rating that would be the selection. Unequivocally the worst customer service from the photo printing desk. The machines have been out of order for 3 weeks +, we get it what we dont get is how lazy uncooperative the staff are and the negative attitude they constantly display. What a bloody disgrace

Sometimes self care is spending two hours at Officeworks Fyshwick. I always appreciate how non-judgemental the staff are as I dance and (mostly quietly) talk to myself as I browse every single aisle of stationary. Even though I have only spent a mere $20 this trip, I have gained so much for my mental wellbeing, as I do every trip. I would honestly recommend this store to anyone.

Great store. Good range, very friendly staff. Price beat guarantee makes it a safe option pricing wise and click and collect make shopping easy. I usually go in for one thing and walk out with 5.

Zoe from the printing department is the absolute WORST customer service person. I was wanting to make prints of some artwork of mine and she said she couldn't do it because of copy write issues, so I asked her if she could explain it to me because I wanted to know why, and she said "I don't know, I've just been told that". She said I would have to use self serve, which I was fine with but when I asked if she could help me and show me how she didn't want to and said it was "self explanatory" and walked away. She pointed me to the photo printing machines and when I couldn't find the "make prints" option I went and asked for help again and she just said "I strongly suggest you use these" and pointed to the photo copiers, like I was stupid even though she had pointed me to the digital print machines. I asked if she could again show me how to use them and she said again that it was self explanatory and walked away. I ended up leaving because I couldn't figure how to do them the way I wanted them and she clearly wasn't interested in helping. She was extremely rude, blunt and was more interested in standing at the counter and doing nothing. I was honestly shocked at how appalling her manners were and how inconsiderate she was to my needs as a customer. I strongly suggest management gives her a lesson or two in customer service and being a decent human being before the next customer who is unfortunate enough to deal with her disgustingly rude self does it for them! No way to treat customers or even people in general.

Email to printme was never acknowledged so I couldn't self print. Log in to Drive was so slow it timed out 3 times. I emailed files to Fyshwick officeworks email for printing instead. After collecting and paying I realised some files were missing. I tried again and this time I said there are files missing. There were in printer queue! Not that good. The Manager was very helpful when I complained.

Good selection, price usually and decent staff. Occasionally battle to find support but only if busy. I could have gone to the counter though..

Customer service at the print and copy counter was absolutely shocking. I was waiting for a good 20 minutes while the 2 attendants watched the files of another customer transfer accross to their computer. Surely they can do some photocopying while a customer's files are being copied over instead of just staring at a progress bar. If you ever need copying done at this place make sure you leave plenty of time or go somewhere else all together, the extra driving time will probably be made up in much faster service.

Went here to purchase a desk chair.
There were two displays chairs on the shop floor, but no boxes. I even pulled boxes down from the shelfing.
My partner asked the greeters, one just glared at her, and the other said she would come in a second. We then waited 10 minutes for someone to come help us.response / report this review -

Worst Service ever The girl in the I.T is lazy and very Rude who doesn't care or willing to attempt to help customers. Even asked if she could ask one of the colleagues could provide a answer and the response was no i CANT - So rude zero attempt to even be a slight bit helpful. shame i cant rate this a negative 100-

One of the biggest stores in Canberra. Does price matching (price match and beat by 5%) for Australian retail store comparisons. Convenient open hours too.
