Josh discussed our problem over the phone, and provided honest advice which solved the problem without the need for the locksmith to attend. I will not hesitate to use Josh in the future.

Josh did a good service for me last night when out door lock fail to open. We got inside the hour with in half an hour and after service Josh gave me a throughout explanation on how to claim back $ from strata include with his receive. Although labour fee are a bit too expensive but may be it was after hour any way. in short, punctual, reliable and professional, definitely recommend.

Really happy with the quality and the service Josh provided. Whilst there were issues in the beginning, Josh went out of his way to fix them which was greatly appreciated. The job itself was done to a high quality and at a fast pace. Thanks very much.

Absolutely brilliant service by these guys. Daniel came out, and everything was done professionally and quickly. I had some extra keys needing cut and advice for the future and he was a great help. Managed to cut my extra keys on the day. Great service, will definitely be using them again in the future.

Within 5 minutes of speaking with Josh the job was confirmed and another 10 minutes later Daniel was at my door. Job complete 1 hour from the time I called.
I am so impressed! All options were presented to me on how to best fix the problem and Daniel went above and beyond to find a fix that could be implemented then and there!

Thank You so much to Josh from Fusion Locksmiths for going above and beyond to help me with young kids get back into our house. Josh is highly skilled, professional and he genuinely cared about our situation. Instead of drilling the front door lock out, Josh saved us money by checking all locks in our house until he got us in. I highly recommend Josh for anyone looking for a reliable master locksmith. We will only ever call Josh in the future.

Josh was quick to find someone to let us in. Daniel was here within an impressive 20 minutes and despite our difficult door, he got it open. Glad to be in contact with our carpet and to be able to hug our walls. I would highly recommend Daniel and this service to anyone who has been caught with their pants down like us! Thankyou!

My partner and I got locked out of our apartment tonight. We called and spoke to Josh who was very quick to get back to us with available people to come out. Daniel was absolutely amazing!!! Like 11/10 service. Not only was he prompt with his arrival, he was polite, understanding and had a good sense of humour which definitely relieved our stress a bit. Our door was extremely stubborn (being in a security building). He explained all of the things he was trying before he tried it and didn't give up easily or resort to expensive quick fixes. He got it open without damaging the lock or the door which was impressive especially with the stubborn nature of the door. Would definitely use Daniel again, and would highly, highly recommend anyone use this service! Thankyou!!! :)

Fusion are great! I spoke to Josh on the phone yesterday and he organised for Daniel to call me and come over today to add some new locks to our doors. Daniel came and was very polite and friendly and discussed all of our needs. He offered great advice and completed the job really quickly. The job was the same price as quoted on the phone which was great too. Being two days before Xmas I expected to wait for ages and be overcharged but these guys just got the job done quickly and were really nice about it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
