Faulty barrel lock on my Audi. Key was getting stuck and couldn't turn and key got stuck inside at one point with the engine on. CS came out same day, quoted the best price from a different places. Fixed the issue with 15 minutes and off they went. Not a cheap fix but you pay for the experience . Thanks

I was working on my car and accidentally locked myself out and my car battery became discharged. I'd bought the car second hand and did not have the auxiliary keys with me.
I tried calling all the local locksmiths in my area and received a multitude of reasons to why they were unable to unlock my car. One locksmith told me that Mazda had supposedly not released the newest key designs to them (?). I did not know what to make of this. I called Mazda themselves, and they asked me to pay for a tow truck so the car could be kept at their service center to craft the key. The rate that Mazda offerred was exorbitant and they couldn't even confirm if they could unlock my car.
Out of all my available options, the only locksmith that was able to assist me was Steve from CS Locksmiths. He came out to my location withinresponse / report this review -

Lost my 1 and only key to my scooter. Steve came and did his magic and now I have 2. He came to me without any issues and was done in under 10. Thank you and much appreciated, hope I don’t need to call you guys again haha

I cannot recommend CS Locksmiths enough!
I had lost my whole set of keys (car and house) and contacted Steve late in the afternoon and he was able to come around and replace my car key and change all the locks on our house the next morning.
He was punctual, friendly and extremely quick! He took less than 1 hour to change 3 locks and re-program a new car key.
They are very reasonably priced too!

Nice key - better than original. Steve was a lifesaver, punctual and self assured even after long drive to a far away site. European car dealers had all but dashed hopes with long winded sourcing and quotations for my Renault Clio transponder key. CS Locksmith solved the mystery in a matter of minutes. Many thanks :))

The Google reviews were good on this guy, though my experience was poor at best. Booked C S Locksmiths to change the broken door lock on my car. Rang on a Thursday and booked in on Friday morning , no text or phone,so I rang him Friday afternoon. Response was too busy can't come until Monday. So my car was unlocked all weekend. Rang lunchtime on Monday, can I come tomorrow. Finally showed up on Tuesday. Took him ages to fix it. He left grease all over the outside of the dooru, but I thought, no worries happy to finally get it fixed, will clean the grease off at home. When I got home to clean it, noticed the interior panel had not been put back on propertyly and there was now a large gap around the edge. There were also two broken panel clips. I rang him straight back, he promised to come back. I rang two more times over the next few days and to date still has not returned to fix it. This guy is a sloppy tradesman and I would never recommend him to anyone.

I lost the only key to my privately imported Honda Step wagon, a model that is not even selling in the Australian market and Honda dealers can't help me.
Thank God for Chris, he is such a capable, patient and pleasant-mannered professional. And I don't need to take a flight back to Japan to get my car moving.response / report this review -

Very professional, polite and excellent service. My car has major problem door key and ignition key was different, I have contacted more than 10 Locksmiths and explain my problem. Nobody was ready to do the job and told me its very hard job. But CS Locksmiths took the call and charge me satisfactory amount. Very much appreciated with their dedication to work even in heavy rain. Thanks Will definitely advertise in my group

I think I may have given Chris the most difficult job possible. The key we had was worn and could not be cut electronically, leading to the car not starting despite the central locking and remote controls working. After spending several hours cutting and recutting the key and opening up the door panel and calling the dealer for the code numbers, the only way was to cut the key manually. Chris helped with getting this done back at his shop and came back with a working key and remote! Took a bit longer than expected but given the circumstances and the good result, s a happy customer. Thanks again Chris for a great job. Highly recommended locksmith with great patience and professionalism.

Best service I've experienced in a while! I had locked myself out of my car and the guy was very friendly and was at my car within minutes even considering I rang after hours. I didn't even have to pay an arm either, very satisfied.
