Polite, punctual, professional and ethical. Stefan was honest enough to fix my front and back door locks without my having to go to the extra expense of having either one replaced. This took a GREAT burden off my mind as I am presently cash strapped. I was so relieved that I offered him a $50 tip which he declined even though I tried to press it on him. He said; “ No mate you don’t need to do that , it’s my job, that’s what I do for a living!” or words to that effect. A BIG THANK YOU TO APEX FOR SENDING ME YOUR BEST MAN!

Been going here for years. Pretty reasonable locksmiths. Generally ruin about half an hour late, so adjust time expectations accordingly.

Friendly and knowledgeable, though, so will get your job done

Ask for a lock which they had but couldn't be bothered looking through stock to find it. Told me to come back in a week. Said I need it today and he shrugged his shoulders. People need locks for a reason. If you have it go get it and stop being lazy.

Several weeks ago my daughter's handbag was stolen whilst she was at a funeral! This caused a great deal of distress on top of the sad occasion. We called Apex late in the day and they were with us within a half hour to change the locks at the unit. They charged us less than they had initially quoted and also gave me a lift back to the wake afterwards! The young tradesman was polite and helpful. If my memory serves me correctly his name was Peter. Recommended! Well done on the great service! Many thanks!
