These guys are fantastic. They were able to source a replacement 'Jackson' lock for my front door and had it ordered in just a couple of days! The service was friendly, honest and professional. Being a quality locksmith is a dying art, but these guys have nailed it! Supporting small business is as important and ever. They have a customer for life.

My elderly father recommended this place he lost his keys I said I'll copy set off mine called 3 times during the day nobody there! Ended up going to Rockdale plaza for cutting!!! Pretty poor!!!

I accidentally locked my suitcase, with the padlock key inside the suitcase.
Went to the shop in Kogarah, and the gentleman on site confirmed that it was not economical to get a replacement key made, so cut the lock off instead, and I was not charged for the service.
I am very happy to get back access, to my belongings. Great help, thank you. A+response / report this review -

I contacted Clockwork Locksmiths on the strength of previous reviews – and couldn't recommend them highly enough. The job in question was to fix a custom security door lock. Stuart located the problem within two minutes, fetched the required replacement part from his van (a part not necessarily easy to find), and had the door working like new in less than 10 minutes. His service (right on time at 9am) was punctual, extremely efficient, and was provided with friendly, clear explanations to a curious customer. His work is priced very fairly, and in fact he saved me a fortune in not having to replace the entire door as I had initially feared. Thanks for such excellent service Stuart, and for your expertise, cheerfully provided. Clockwork Locksmiths will be the first and only stop I make for any future locksmithing work.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Went there today. Arrived at 4.10pm with shop already Closed when the sign on the door says 5pm Close. Called, person on the phone said he'll be back at 4.30pm. Waited 50 minutes until 5pm, still no one shows up. Called again couple of times, goes to voicemail. Typical bad business with no Customer Service attitude! Waste of my time!
