Linzi at Frankston Toyota was wonderful. Her after sales support was excellent. She kept me updated on the progress of my car build throughout the wait time, no easy task during the fallout of Covid.

When I arrived to pickup the car she she made it a breeze to finalise the paperwork, explain the features of the car and how they work, set-up of the navigation screen and took some lovely pics of the car and I. She even gave me tissues and a hug when I became overwhelmed by joy of receiving my beautiful new car.

This lady really does her job with genuine warmth and her customer service was second to none.

Thankyou Linzi. You are an asset to the Toyota Frankston team.

We received the best customer service from Ben from the service centre,he assisted my 93 year old mum into the courtesy van, made sure that she was comfortable. Ben took the time to ask about our day. Ben showed such a high level of professionalism and is a humble young man with a beautiful genuine soul.The World Is Your Oyster Ben. staff is very enthusiastic. Everyone works very quickly. I bought the car in less than a week. I feel very satisfied with the service here. I'm in the west region. All the effort and time spent on finding this place is well worth it. There is a small problem BUT they was fix it very well. thanks everyone.

From the moment I walked onto the lot to check out a car I was interested in, the experience was exceptional. Dean was super friendly and laid-back, and he walked me through everything with no pressure or hard sell. We went for a fun test drive and he knew all about the history of the car. Everyone else I chatted to was equally friendly. Not only did I get the car I wanted, but they accepted my old one as a trade-in and when I went to pick up what is now my pride and joy the following week, my wife and I were treated to an unexpected ribbon and unveiling moment. Honestly the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Cannot recommend Frankston Toyota highly enough, and Dean is a legend. Top marks! Many thanks to the crew at FT.

Great place to buy a car!!! Professional service with a touch of excellence!!! Delivery was on the dot!!!
Special mention about Mr Arun Varkey in sales who was very helpful and a true professional to the core. Very good product knowledge and standing out with his courteous, patient and humble attitude.
Mr Arren Nayna from finance too was a true professional and had kept his promise on the delivery timeline, making it a smooth experience for a buyer.

Sorry Frankston Toyota, I would like to be saying something nice about you but I can't, after being given the incorrect information 8 months ago I have wasted over $500 of my money. I believe for you to make it right was to credit half of it but you didn't. Now everyone will read this and take their car and money else where. Also the man working in the spare parts shop further up the road is very rude and needs to learn respectful customer service (he's not always right and needs to apologies for his mistake) and more about the products he sells. It's not the one that owns Billie the dog.

another bunch of people who are more interesting in drinking coffee than servicing clients: like their mates in Brighton Toyota , totally apathetic to assist in giving simple information = therefore, will not buy my new car from them either. Plenty of HOW CAN I HELP YOU words and words but, nothing done. PATHETIC

At first Appletons Office Cleaning had a few problems as we were driving our van we bought from 4x4 Frankston and got picked up by the police and fined for driving a unregistered van. They realized it was a administration fault and payed it in full for us. They also offered to pay a 1 year rego for the inconvenience they may have caused us , which i think was very generous. I would not hesitate to recommend 4x4 in the future. And i thank Nigel and Chris for looking after us as they did.

Excellent service. From Gary in sales to Rebecca in finance, in fact everyone I encountered was top shelf service - all extremely helpful and attentive.
