I had the worst experience ever in this place… Paul who is the guys who supposed to fix my car, make me leave my car 7 times on that place and never was fixed… He always come up with a new excuses blaming the warranty company of my car who wasn’t aware of what was happening… some really estrange!
After 2 months of not solutions and just losing money and time he give me back me car on the same condition that It was at first and also he give me back my money…. WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!response / report this review -

I can’t fault the service from Foxmans. These boys went above and beyond to get our Ford Territory roadworthy again and did an awesome job. They are reasonably priced and great to deal with, particularly Sam. Thank you Foxmans!

The Car Mechanic Whisperers!
I cannot speak highly enough about Foxman Auto Repairs. I’d had a very bad experience buying a car & was extremely nervous & distrustful about pretty much the entire industry. Sam at Foxman renewed my faith by being honest, diligent, giving me a great deal & spending some time talking with me to put me at ease (he should be a Doctor!). I’ve taken my car back whenever it’s due for service/rego/pink slip/whenever I don’t understand why my car is making that “brrrgrrrmrrrr” noise. (That noise is often just the engine & they don’t charge to tell me that lol- in fact they’ve waived a few charges here & there when it’s obvious that I’m really struggling.)
Since I’ve been bringing my car here I’ve gotten to know Jeff (Foxman) & the rest of the crew. Everyone is friendly, professional & always generous with time, knowledge, whatever they can do for their customers. They all know that as technology advances people are becoming less & less aware of how cars actually work hence it’s an industry where it’s very easy to rip people off, creating a stressful environment for everyone. The stress dissolves knowing that I can bring my car here.
At Foxman Auto they are Old School when it comes to service & quality. If I could give 7 stars I would! 6 for Foxman generally & the extra one for Sam as an absolute champ of a mechanic & bloke.response / report this review -

We go past a lot of mechanics to intentionally go to Sam at Foxman Auto Services. His customer service is exceptional — better than we've ever received elsewhere. He is honest, efficient, very communicative, and willing to bend over backwards to ensure we get the best service possible. Our car always comes back clean (thank you!) and running efficiently, despite its age. Thank you Sam and Jeff for providing such a great service for us. We appreciate it!
