I have experience in this trade nearly 10 years, these guys are the worst I have ever dealt with. If they have any positive feedback it must be paid reviews.
Ordered a set of Mercedes used wheels after checking photos via online. A sales guy confirmed only minor scratches on wheels also tires more than 50% left. I repeatedly ask whether they have any cracks, and they confirmed no.
Two days later received the wheels. One wheel had a massive hole in the middle, air is leaking badly. All other 3 wheels had deep scratches. All tires less than 50% (2 of them worn out from edges). Rang them straight away and sent some photos, they think that I have changed the wheels, and trying to give false information. Sent the wheels back after couple of rude phone calls and messages, but did not pay for the return postage even though it was there fault. Very dodgy business, Be careful!!!!!!!

These guys are the absolute worst in the industry to deal with. They are the only company I have come across that does not take any responsibility.
Their response to receiving a damaged part is "lol nothing we can do about it"

Save yourself the headaches and deal with any other business but these guys. Worst customer service honestly.

Best in the business. They had the exact part I was after for my BMW X5 and were very quick in pulling it out. Will happily do business with them again!

They had the part I was looking forand it cost me $0zipnothing(Volvo wanted $35 - rip off) excellent customer service without a doubt a top class businesskeep it up guys. As Arnie says"I'll be back"!
