I've unfortunately forgotten his name, but the guy in the television department with the tattoos and long hair was an absolute gem. He spent a lot of time answering all of my silly questions and was quite patient with me in helping me find a television that worked for me. Even gave me a good deal with delivery and organised it to be delivered the next day (today) will be sending friends and family his way in the future.

Fantastic service. Was helped by a young man named Pierce, he helped me with a television and wall mount. And even offered to help me take the television to my car.

Worst customer service staff didn't want to help and didn't they stood hiding behind the stands, this is not the first time I have had to wait hardly any customers in store but on a brighter side ended up going to Bing Lee and getting Samsung Tablet $50 cheaper.

Worthy to drive far. Lovely supportive staff. I got discount which I couldn't find in apple store as well. Love to visit the store again..
