  The operator was professional, ready to answer my questions and prompt with the payment. But I would have to say that I am disappointed with the driver who took my vehicle. Pretty late, argued with me for a reschedule and when he finally arrived he ripped the number plate off the vehicle and said I should learn to use shared location.

  Amazing service!! Confirmed within minutes and picked up within an hour. The driver was very professional and polite. Full points for customer service. Their process is also very streamlined. Proper documentation was done. Helped with the plates as well. Money was also transferred within minutes of signing the paperwork. Recommended 👍🏼

  All of the staff at A1 Express made the process so easy. They responded to my enquiry within the hour of me placing it, for their schedule to work with me, messaged me when the driver was leaving, the driver was such a nice guy, made sure the money was in my bank account before leaving & took my old car with no fuss.   After 2 other companies were nothing but a mess around and no shows I called A1 Express and I was so grateful to speak to someone genuine they were very professional and most of all true to their word. They had a Tow truck to me within hours and remained in contact with me keeping me up to date as to when the tow truck was on its way to me and true to his word Karl the driver arrived and what a top guy he was easy going with a good sense of humour. I 100% recommend this company can't praise them enough also payment was immediate

  The A1 Team made the whole process easy and seamless. Although there was a mistake made and payment was delayed, but Raihana rectified the issue within minutes on my 3rd followup call.
