  This company provides a very poor online ordering system for restaurants.
  I have had a very unsatisfactory experience where my order was not processed, yet my Visa was charged TWICE.
  I have contacted both Fox Junkie and the restaurant several times for a refund but haven't even received a reply from Fox Junkie.
  It's now NINE DAYS since the funds TWICE were taken for an order that wasn't processed by their system.
  Very poor system, even worse follow-up service.
