No word of a lie, Nathan and his team at Fair Dinkum Drainage are one of the best tradespeople I have ever come across. They went above and beyond when they came out on short notice to inspect and clear a blocked sewer drain in my unit. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed with phone calls, messages, and photos and videos of the problems found and the recommended course of action.

The job required concrete slab cutting, root removal, and drain repair, and Nathan and his team handled it with ease. They even organized the installation of a new hot water system for us, coordinating with other trades to ensure the job was completed smoothly.

Nathan is an absolute legend and a real straight shooter. He and his team left no mess, sent photos of every stage, and called and texted countless times to ensure we were not inconvenienced and were happy with the progress.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend Fair Dinkum Drainage to anyone in need of plumbing or drainage services. Thank you, Nathan and the team, for your exceptional work. I will definitely be using your services again in the future.

I was so happy with the work they did unblocking my drains after not hearing back from several plumbers. They were fast, very professional and friendly, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great price too.

Id like to thank Nath for the prompt service. He cleared the blocked pipes that was causing a blockage in the house. Even though it was a tricky task he cleared the blockage. I was very impressed. Even though it took several hours the price was very reasonable. A+ service and friendly.
