We all enjoyed our food. Rump steak cooked perfectly.

First impressions were mixed, with a fine dining greeting and diner presentation (menu in a plastic sleeve, etc). However, things got much better when the food arrived - it's not fine dining by any stretch but it sure was very tasty. I had a wagu burger, which was sublime, while my friend had what he described as an excellent piece of sirloin. Sides served with both were also very good, with even the dressing of my salad a delight. A little pricey but overall, I was glad we went!

Fantastic meal. Even better service. Food and drinks were all on point. Very happy with my meal. The service is something to mention as the wait staff is very attentive and caring.

3.9 stars is about right, which is nothing to be ashamed of in Melbourne. Service was okay to good, food was better then I expected after being handed a menu in a plastic display book. I'm coeliac, and there was a great range. Food was tasty and generous. Lots of nice wine to choose from. Didn't take long for meals to come out. I don't know why I'm writing in short sentences, let's just say it's a very factual review that doesn't try to be anything it's not, like this restaurant. Recomend.

Fantastic service. The steak is excellent and they've never served me one I haven't thoroughly enjoyed. They catered for my pregnant wife without any fuss. Love eating here.

Friendly staff but the manager had a disgusting attitude. The table we were sat at had food and drink spilled on it that hadn't been cleaned up yet and the bathroom was filthy. Save yourself the trouble and eat elsewhere.

Wrong meal was brought out, staff was happy to help but the manager was not prepared to admit his mistake and had an absolutely putrid attitude. Terrible manager, will not come back.

They have the best steaks, period. Deducted one star because the ambience of other branches is better. Food top notch tho!

Seriously good steak! Perfectly medium rare as ordered. Great wine selection. Service was very attentive. Nice views of Victoria Harbour too.

The food and service here for what you pay for is a joke. I ordered a rib eye and it came out very over cooked and dry. The only thing that was enjoyable was the cab sav. Very over priced for what you get at this place.

Food is very tasty here but a touch pricey, meals are large especially if you get the 300 grams burger. Customer services varies on who serves you but it was good overall. Get a stunning view as well.

Steak isn't as outstanding as it's hyped up to be, but it's definitely good. What is disappointing is the ridiculous prices. They want $38 for a 300g eye fillet! On top of that, they also want $4.50 for some mushroom sauce (although they give you enough for two people which makes no sense). What made it acceptable though was the customer service. It is EXCELLENT! Staff are so cheerful and friendly it's not funny, and they definitely left a lasting impression on me. Would return just to be treated like royalty.
