The most turst and honest agent I ever met, they don't play the real estate / auction game with you, they won't keep feeding you with fake low offer to squeeze your property value down. They only provide a real time feedback. They won't call you every second day to make up fake story to "keeping you update". I was very happy with their work, I successfully sold my house in Auction which slightly above the market price. A big thanks to Lynn Chen and Boss Ayhan!

For rental management in past, Allen did a fantastic job to manage my property. He never threaten me to fix something that was unnecessary. Property never vacant more than 1 week after the previous tenant left. Charges from their tradesman are almost 30% less than my own tradesman and they are very efficient as well.

Would give 0 stars. Badia doesn't not answer calls or texts and posts only one photo of rental property. Property online for over two months so no idea why agent does not respond. Called up and reception staff was lovely and said agent will call back which she did not. This is ridiculous and I wonder if you guys have a code of conduct because this behaviour certainty doesn't comply and isn't respectful. Do your job properly.

Maria is one of the best agent. I needed a unit. I've looked different places but most of the agents are very rude and unfriendly. But I've got best service from Maria. I really recommend her. Also, I appreciate how helpful and friendly she is. Thanks to Maria ❤️☺️❤️
