  I was nervous about buying as a solo Mum, I had no idea how to navigate the buying process. I was scared of the current housing crisis and I had no time to figure it out. I was also petrified I would be taken advantage of as a FTB. I was introduced to Kristan and I instantly felt comfortable.
  
  Kristan took the time to understand what was important to me. Whilst I was his client, my child went from an infant to toddler and my initial brief changed. I’m sure that was frustrating but I was never made to feel that way. He listened and guided me, embraced my lack of knowledge and together we laughed our way through the ups and downs of buying.
  
  I can not recommend Kristan enough, he is a true professional and so easy to work with. I ended up buying my dream home and I’m so excited to move in. You really are brilliant. N&J

  My partner and I were extremely happy with all aspects of the service we received from Kristan at Johnson Property Co. We wanted to move to Sydney from the out West NSW but were not familiar with the real estate market, the prices, nor the suburb we had selected to live in. Our decision to use Johnson Property’s paid off in all respects. Kristan found us the perfect apartment at the right price. I doubt we would have had such a successful, speedy and financially satisfactory outcome if we had tried to find something ourselves. We would highly recommend Johnson Property Co to any prospective home buyer.

  I had never used a Buyers Agent before, However Johnson Property Co was recommended, Kristan's Insider knowledge and expert negotiation skills proved to be useful. As I was restricted to a budget, Kristan was able to eliminate potentially higher priced properties from our search. The process was very well managed and the constant contact was fantastic, highly recommend

  Like many first time home buyers in Sydney trying to navigate the Sydney property market, I really struggled. That was until I got introduced too Kristan. I spoke with Kristan and very quickly knew he understands the market incredibly well and really listened and understood exactly what I looking for in a property. Within four weeks of meeting Kristan, I had an offer accepted on a property and contracts exchanged five days later and moved into my place a month later. I cannot thank Kristan and the team enough for making the process so smooth and transparent.
