Sonia Poulos highly recommended. I would contract with her again. Sonia did all of the hard work. Sonia found, fielded, and sorted all of the interest, distilling it through to closure, keeping me informed the whole time. The Liverpool market is tough at the moment for sellers. There are some harsh realities for sellers compared to a few years ago. Having said that Sonia was ALWAYS positive. She had a great uplifting spirit and carried the deal to closure perfectly. I can't recommend Franc from C21 highly enough. He is a true professional who genuinely cares about his clients and works tirelessly to achieve their goals. His communication is excellent, and he sold our home in a timely and efficient manner.
