Nexa Homes is a company I would suggest to everyone. We built our home at Gables, and we really love our home. There were no glitches throughout the entire construction process and was quick & straightforward. If I had any questions, both the site manager and the building coordinator were wonderful at replying in a timely manner. Nexa Homes is highly recommended.

We are building another house with Nexa Homes. The first property was at Box Hill and the experience was so great that we knew that our next house had to be built by them. Our current home has just completed the frame which was cut and assembled onsite, the old school way, which means better quality and control. The communication on what’s happening next helps to make the process seamless and keeps us informed in what is a very exciting journey. Having already built once we are confident that Nexa Homes will deliver another outstanding property. To the Nexa team we cannot recommend you more highly.

I'm constructing my home at Gables, Box Hill and my experience with Nexa homes is too good to date. I had been searching for a builder who can build a swimming pool along with my home but most of the builders give the work to a third party and then I came to know about Nexa homes and now I don't regret my choice because they are building the swimming pool by themself and the speed of the work is simply amazing, I will recommend Nexa homes to anyone even without thinking for a while.

I am building my dream home with Nexa Homes. One of my friends referred me to Nexa Homes. Initially i did lot of design changes with no extra cost. Now I am doing multiple electrical drawing changes and my manager is so cooperative. Construction started first week of February, so far roof tiles have been laid. So fast. I have to mention about NexaHomes andriod app. It will help you to understand what stage we are in and when this stage is expected to complete. You can track everything including you council approved drawing, construction certificate etc. I have never heard about any such app with any other builder. So far very good experience.
